FrontLook DWT Manager / Browser Add-in User Interface
The DWT Manager / Browser enables you to browse and view the
list of available DWTs on your hard drive. It also copies the DWT to the
current web so that you can customize the DWT for that web without affecting
the other webs that might use that DWT. The following is an overview of the
DWT Browser User Interface.
DWT Manager / Browser Window
Dynamic Web Templates List - This is a
list of the available Dynamic Web Templates (DWTs) that were found in your
list of potential DWT folders on your hard drive. Click on an item in the
DWT list to see the preview of that DWT.
Notes... button - will be enabled only if the designer has provided a
"Read Me" file or image preview for the DWT. When pressed it will bring up
the page or the preview image in a browser window that will remain active
until you dismiss it. This may be useful during the region assignment
process of applying the DWT to the web.
... button - brings up the Select a Web Folder dialog so you can
select or create a destination folder on your web for the DWT copy. The
default destination folder for the DWT copy is named "dwt" and it is placed
in the root of the web.
Manage DWT Folders... button - bring up the Manage Dynamic Web
Template Folders dialog. The dialog allow you to set the location of your
DWT folders saved on your hard drive.
Dynamic Web Templates Online... button - brings up the
DWT Online browser so you can browse and acquire new DWTs from our online

to your web page of this help file so that you can have this
information while applying a DWT to your web.

operations using the selected item in the DWTs List:
