FrontLook Web Templates |

The FrontLook Web Template makes it easy to
create new web site with Microsoft FrontPage
2000, 2002 and 2003. To support our customer's using FrontPage 2000 and
2002, we have converted our popular DWTs into FrontPage Web Templates.
After installation, these templates will appear in the normal "New Web"
dialog. After the web has been created, your can customize the web pages
for your purposes. The package also includes Splash Intro pages and Page
Templates. |

What
are Web Templates and Page Templates? |

FrontPage Web Templates
FrontPage Web Templates (FPWTs)
are pre-designed webs that contains a set of
pages with artwork and navigation. These templates can be added to an
existing web or more typically used to create a new web.
FrontPage Page Templates
A page template is a pre-designed page that can contain artwork and a
pleasant layout. FrontLook Web Template packages provides several page
templates so that you can create pages for your web site quickly and
consistently.
Introduction Pages
Most of our Template packages also include Introduction pages that can be
used as an entry page to your Web site.

Using a Web
Template to Create a New Web Site |

Step 1 - Bring up FrontPage and select the "File->New->Page or
Web..." menu item. The "New Page or Web" side panel will appear. Select the
"Web Site Templates..." hyperlink and the "Web Site Templates" dialog will
appear.
Step 2 - Then select the "Web Site Templates... hyperlink. You will
see a list of the FrontPage templates. Select a Web template, name the web
in the options area of the dialog and then press OK. FrontPage will create a
new web site and bring up a FrontPage instance so that you can edit the web
site.
