Changing the Look
of you Submit Buttons

Who isn't sick of the old gray
submit button. This tip will look at one way to change the look of the
submit button using styles sheets.
Style Away your Gray
Using style sheets to change the look of the gray submit button is quite
easy. First, double-click on the button to bring up the "Push Button
Properties" dialog.

Now press the "Style..."
button and the "Modify Style" dialog will appear.

Now click on the "Fomat"
button and select the "Border..." menu item.
Borders and Shading dialog
Press the "Shading" tab and
then set the "Background color" to white and press the "OK" button.
Now press the "Format" button
again and this time select the Font... menu.

Set the font size to "10px"
and the "Color" to blue.
If you did everything above,
your submit button should now look like this:
And That's It
Use the styles dialogs in FrontPage to make your submit buttons more
interesting. This technique will come in handy when making quick search
forms with the FrontLook Site Search Engine.
