Make your FX Splash Page the Default Page of the Web
Once you have created your new FrontLook FX Splash page, you need to make
it the default of the web. Once you have published your web to your server,
contact your web hoster and ask them to make your new splash page the
default page of your web. Now when your users come to the web site they
will see your splash page first. Click here

NOTE: Do not name your splash page "index.htm" as this is a special page
in FrontPage. Trying to make the splash page the index page of the web
will likely mess up your navigation structure.
