By David Pfeiffer

Microsoft FrontPage has excellent support for adding images and other items from the clip board. In this FrontPage How-to article we will explore the process of capturing and then adding screen shots to a web page.

1) Set the FrontLook Screen Capture "Options Settings" dialog to capture images to the clipboard as illustrated below:

Option Settings Dialog set to Capture screen images to the clip board.

2) Then capture the screen shot image using one of the hot keys like "Alt - Print Screen" to capture the active window on the screen.

3) Bring up FrontPage and the page you would like to place the image on. Place the cursor on the page where you like the image to appear and Press "control-v" to paste the image on the page.

4) When you save the page, the FrontPage, the "Save Embedded Files" dialog will appear.

8) Press the "OK" button to save the image to the web.
