Do I have to uninstall and reinstall
the FrontLook products after installing FrontPage 2003?
Yes, you will need to reinstall the FrontLook products
after installing FrontPage 2003. If you wish, you can install your
FrontLook products directly over the old installation (you will save some
disk space if you uninstall the FrontLook products first).
I still have my old downloads, will these products
work with FrontPage 2003?
No, you will need to re-download and reinstall the
latest installers from your personal download page (use the "Downloads"
link above).
The links on my personal download page say
"Download Expired", do I have to buy the products again?
No, you will not have to repurchase the products again
to use them with FrontPage 2003. After any product purchase, all your
downloads are available for a period of one year. An additional year of
download access may be purchased for $9.95 (or if you purchase any other
product, download access will automatically be renewed for ALL downloads).

Are your installers fully compatible with the
production version of FrontPage 2003?
Yes, as of Nov 24th, all installers that will be FP2003
compatible have been upgraded for the
final release of FrontPage 2003. Between the final Beta release and
the final release, Microsoft changed the names of the standard Themes,
Webs and Pages folder. Because of this, previous Beta-tested installers are not
fully operational with the final release of FrontPage 2003. If you are
having any problems with FrontLook and FrontPage 2003, please download and
install the latest installers from your personal download page.
The following products will NOT be updated to operate
with FrontPage 2003:
- Super Theme Installer
- Super Theme Maker
- Super Themes Business Edition for Share Point Team Services
After
installing FP 2003, what happen to my old themes and
templates?
Background:
In the final release of FrontPage 2003, Microsoft moved
the "Themes", "Pages" and "Webs" folders to the
"Themes11", "Pages11" and "Webs11" respectively. Our
installers have all been updated to place the things in
the right locations. If you have any third party themes,
page templates or web templates, you can make them
available to FP2003 by doing the following:
Process: (only required for FP2003 upgrades)
Bring up your Windows Explorer. To make your old themes
appear in FP2003:

Go to the
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Themes
folder.
Then copy all the theme folders into the
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Themes11
folder.

Now the Web Folders: Go to the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Webs
folder.
Then copy all the theme folders into the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Webs11
folder.

Now the Pages Folders: Go to the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Pages
folder.
Then copy all the theme folders into the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Pages11
folder.

Restart FP2003 and the themes should appear.
