What We Do
DPA Software, founded in 1990, develops companion software products that
enhance
major graphics applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft FrontPage.
DPA's first product was Intellihance for Adobe Photoshop, which is now
marketed by Extensis Corporation of Portland, Oregon. Since then, DPA has
created an extensive line of companions for Microsoft FrontPage. The
company's goal is to develop special effects, web templates and productivity
products that enable users to easily create compelling FrontPage web sites.
Background: The Need for Microsoft FrontPage Companion Software
Microsoft has sold in excess of 6 million copies of FrontPage worldwide. It
is the most popular web editor among small business, novice and hobbyist web
developers. However, not even a company with the resources of Microsoft can
understand and meet every customer’s requirements for web design software.
The FrontLook product line provides easy-to-use special effects, design
templates and productivity add-ins for novice and small business FrontPage
web designers who are not interested in learning the complexities of web
programming.
A Growing FrontLook Product Line—Your Microsoft FrontPage Companion
The FrontLook product line has grown to over 14 products in 3 categories;
Effects, Themes and Developer products. All FrontLook products integrate
directly into FrontPage versions 2000, 2002 and 2003 and include interactive
previews so designers never have to leave FrontPage. FrontLook’s
point-and-click interface lets users edit content without laborious HTML
cut-and-paste scripting.
FrontLook Effects Products Help Designers Create Stunning Web Sites
The Effects line allows designers to produce state-of-the-art text and image
effects for banners and logos, full-page and cursor effects, interactive
slideshows, scrolling messages and intro pages to keep web site visitors
mesmerized. Currently, there are three products in the FrontLook Effects
line:

require specialized training. The Super Themes product line lets FrontPage
web designers apply a wrap-around look to their existing site with just a
click of a button. Each of the six Super Theme packages contains the Super
Theme browser software with 4 designs and 4 color variations.
FrontLook Developer Products Increase Productivity and Save Time
The Developer line contains many useful, time-saving products.
